# Relay Health Claims Issues

Claims submitted to RelayHealth on Friday, Feb 5th, 2016 may not have been received by the clearing house. Customers are recommended to resubmit all claims sent on that day.

Dear Valued Customer,

**ISSUE**  
Customers are reporting Connection Problems with RelayHealth.  
Claims are not sending and reports are not being recevied.  
RelayHealth is aware and diligently working to resolve the issue.

**RESOLVED**  
As of 5:00 PM EST RelayHealth resolved the con

 

nection issue. Claim batches can be re-submitted and reports can be downloaded at this time.
